How To Use

Step 1. Snap the flip-and-slide lid securely onto a standard 5-gallon bucket.

Step 2. Apply a small amount of peanut butter under the "tunnel" area of the lid for bait.

Step 3. Attach the included ramp to the side of the bucket to give rodents easy access.

Step 4. Place the bucket trap in areas where rodents are commonly found, like the garden, barn, or garage.

Step 5. Check the bucket periodically to see if rodents have been caught.

Step 6. For humane trapping, release the rodents far from your property; for lethal trapping, half-fill the bucket with soapy water.

Step 7. After use, clean the bucket and lid, and reset for continued trapping.

Does it only work for Rat and Mice?
You can catch any type of small rodent, Given you use the correct bait.

What to do with a bucket full of mice?
If you want the trap to be lethal, simply half fill the bucket with soapy water. If not, do not put anything inside and after every catch, go and release them somewhere far away from your house. Let nature do the rest.

Doesn't the bait fall in with the mouse? Would you have to reload every time?
You don't put any bait on the slip and slide (flipper). The bait, peanut butter, is put on the underside of the "tunnel". That way the balance of the slip and slide isn't messed with and the bait stays put over time.

What is the best bait to use for this ?

Peanut butter and Cheese - you can place the cheese on the peanut butter, because the peanut butter is thick and would hold the cheese so it does not fall into the bucket. Wake up the next morning, with your rat problems DONE and SORTED
